Cancelled Orders

If you cancel an order before it is delivered, you will be refunded with the total purchase amount for that particular order minus a small cancellation fee.

Non-delivered Orders

If a seller fails to deliver an order after seven days of the order being placed, you will be refunded with the total purchase amount for that particular order at no charge.

Delivered Orders

An order that has already been delivered by a seller can not be cancelled or refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have to you.

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.


Namcave currently operates as an aggregate market that does not sell its own products, therefore bought items cannot be returned. Once Namcave is fully operational and employs its own warehouses, then returns will be possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy.
