Account Deletion and Data Removal

Delete your account in the app
After confirmation, we sign you out and mark your account for deletion. Related rides, vehicles, verification documents, and notification tokens are removed. Marketplace data is also removed (though marketplace is currently disabled for the MVP).
- Open the Hyke app.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion (this is irreversible).
What is deleted
- Profile (name, email, phone), device tokens, and session links.
- Rides owned by you (rider) or matched as driver.
- Driver verification documents and vehicle records.
- Marketplace advertiser and listings (if any).
What we may retain
For fraud prevention, legal, and accounting purposes we may retain minimal records (for example, audit logs or aggregated analytics) for up to 3-5 years as required by law. These records are decoupled from your active account and are not used for marketing.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@namcave.com from your registered email or phone number and request deletion. We will verify ownership before processing.
